Purchase order MUST specify the request for rush service, otherwise jobs will be produced in our normal production time. Orders requesting 24 hour service (next day service) must be accompanied by a copy of the art and must be received by noon central. Contact factory for orders requesting same day production.
IMPRINT COLORS
We carry a full range of standard imprint colors picked solely at the discretion of the factory. To eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings, the factory strongly recommends the use of PMS color matching (NO CHARGE). When choosing PMS colors, use coated numbers only. The PMS 800 series & 2x series are not available. For metallic or neon imprint, see extra charges. Perfect color matches cannot be guaranteed, especially on colored cups.
LIDS & STRAWS
Lids and straws are not available for this product.

CPSIA & Proposition 65 Compliant
The 1.5oz polystyrene shot glasses are made in the USA & available for free 24 hour service. Exact quantity shipped... no overrun or underrun. No extra charge to print on the back side... can be the same as the front or different. They are made from vey thick plastic, are light weight & come in several vibrant colors. You can mix product colors in increments of 25. These are hot items at bars but have various other uses... such as at tastings.

SETUP CHARGE
Screen: $30(v). No screen charge on repeated identical orders within two years. Screens remain property of the factory. To use the same screen on different items, contact factory for limitations.
SECOND SIDE IMPRINT - NO EXTRA CHARGE
Second side must be specified. Screens for two side imprint can be used for one size cup only.
WRAP IMPRINT- NO EXTRA CHARGE
We can print continuously around the product except for an approximate gap of 1 inch between the start and the end of the imprint.
PROOFS
$10(v) Black & white paper proof will be sent by email, unless otherwise specified.
$30(v) Digital virtual color proof with layout shown on image of product.
Pre-production proof: Screen Charge(s), Art Charge if applicable, plus $30(v) per color Setup charge.
MULTI-COLOR IMPRINTING
Conditions: Multi-color imprints limited to one side only. Contact factory for second side imprint limitations. Factory reserves the right to reject any design not suitable for multi-color imprinting or to modify to bleed colors. Tightly registered art is unsuitable for printing. Art should allow a 1/8 inch shift in any direction.
Running Charge: Add $.15(v) each for each additional color.
Multi-color Screens: A separate screen is required for each additional imprint color.
Color Separations: For artwork not color separated for screen printing, factory art billed at cost.
ART & TYPESETTING
When professional camera ready art is not submitted, factory art is billed at cost. If factory is to set type, the first 6 lines are at no charge. Add $5(v) for each additional line.
METALLIC & NEON IMPRINTS
Metallic gold, silver or copper at $.05(v) each. Neon yellow, pink, green & orange at $.03(v) each.
IMPRINT COLOR CHANGE WITHIN ONE ORDER
Add $15(v) per color. Changes must be made in multiplies of 25.
DROP SHIP
Drop ship charge is $5(z) per destination.
OVERAGE & UNDERAGE
All shipments are exact quantities ordered. If required on purchase order, overrun is available at $6(z) to cover shipping cost.
