Did you know we are fast also? We offer free 24 hour service on all our products that are screen printed one color. Just ensure we have your order and art by Noon Central and, if you so request on your Purchase Order, your order will ship the following day. You don’t have to call to ask if it can be done… you don’t have to beg. We always ship exact quantity ordered and never charge a rush fee. There is no extra charge to print on the second side of the cup... even if the copy is different. We keep millions of cups in inventory (current inventory is over 8 million pieces) and all our products are proudly made and printed in the USA.

Now this is one you have to call & ask for, but it is still free. Every day, we do several same day orders for you folks that are really in a bind. SERVICE MATTERS TO US
Service is paramount to us. We service you by offering family members managing the daily operations. We don’t spend our days in meetings and most certainly aren’t on the golf course. We have a job to do, just like every other employee. My sister processes all of your orders and manages production. I personally check every piece of art that leaves my art department. If we send you a proof, I first will check the art, verify spelling if we set type, and then read over your PO and email cover sheet to verify we are following your instructions. Also, I am responsible for double-checking every PO that is entered into our system, where I read out your PO number, imprint description, item, item color, imprint color, ship to… everything. Around here, we assume nothing and double-check everything. But, you know what? The real strength of our company is our employees. They are like family and most have been with us all their adult lives. When this bad economy hit, there was no consideration given to lay off anyone; we all took a pay cut across the board. Now that business is picking up again, we have all our trained, experienced employees ready to service your orders. My father, Dooley Knecht, started this business in my bedroom over 48 years ago. My sister, Janice, is my partner and my son, Nolan, works in the art department. In other words, we take this business personally and strive to exceed your expectations. We provide the exact same level of service to ALL distributors... regardless if you send us one order a year or several orders a day. When you call our office you will always be greeted by a real person. We do not use or even own a voice mail system. Voice mail is one piece of technology I refuse to implement. Our office is open from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Central, Monday thru Friday.
YOU MATTER TO US
We are firm believers in partnering with our distributors. We never charge for catalogs and love to offer distributors our free sample kit. We feel it is our responsibility to supply you with sales aids, so we never ask for your UPS shipper number. The freight is on us. Another way of partnering with our distributors is to give you a super deal on a distributor self-promo. You can order as few as 100 screen printed stadium cups and receive our 50,000 piece price break (EQP) with no screen charge. Many folks add lids to their order, put sweets or other small promotional items in the cup and hand them out to prospective clients. We simply require your company info to take up one full side of the cup but you may use the backside any way you wish. Some folks list products/services offered, while others use it to promote an event or client. This offer is good on any of our stadium cups or popcorn megaphones screen printed with a one color imprint.
